Patricia Bloom, M.D., serves as Medical Director for Rainbow Hospice.  She is Board Certified by the American Board of Family Physicians in Hospice and Palliative Medicine, and holds a Certificate of Added Qualifications in Geriatrics. 

Dr. Bloom previously served as Associate Medical Director at Rainbow Hospice and Director of Geriatric Education at Resurrection Family Practice Residency of the Resurrection Medical Center in Chicago.  She has also held Assistant and Associate Professor positions in Amarillo, Texas; Johnson City, Tennessee, and Huntsville, Alabama. 

Dr. Bloom earned her undergraduate and doctorate of medicine degrees from the University of Iowa.
