Barb Allen brings a background in for-profit and non-profit organizations to her role as Director of Human Resources at Rainbow Hospice. 

Barb earned her Bachelor of Science degree in business administration at Roosevelt University in Chicago and gained experience in recruitment, performance improvement and benefits as the HR Administrator for a service company and as a group home administrator. 

She is currently a member of the Society for Human Resources Management
