Night RN (The Ark)
Summary: Part Time 11p-7:30a (Tues, Weds, & Thurs-Non Benefits Eligible Position)
Description: We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Part- Time Hospice RN in our in-patient unit, The Ark. You will provide skilled professional nursing care, to our highest acuity patients, in an in-patient unit setting. This high quality care takes place in conjunction with an interdisciplinary group, and in compliance with Federal and State laws and regulations, the Illinois Nurse Practice Act, and RHI policies and procedures. BSN with Hospice Certification preferred. Candidates must be currently licensed as a Registered Nurse through the Illinois State Board of Nursing. At least one year of general nursing experience is required with current Hospice, medical, surgical, oncology or experience required. Summary: Part Time 7p-7a Saturday & Sunday only
Description: Will provide exceptional care to our hospice patients within the Ark, which is our IPU. Help to create a comforting atmosphere in which we can care for our highest acuity patients and support their families. Minimum qualifications for this position include; Illinois certification and high school diploma or GED required and at least two years of experience in either hospice or home care experience preferred. Must have a vaild DL and car insurance. Must be at least 18 yrs. of age. The VP of Access & Compliance
Summary: Full Time
Description: The VP of Access & Compliance implements, oversees and evaluates agency-wide business development, as well as referral center and marketing plans that effectively communicate Rainbow Hospice & Palliative Care’s mission. The VP of Access & Compliance will also increase the referrals, census and overall growth in programs and services and will contribute to the overall agency risk management through oversight of corporate integrity activities and will supervise the Provider Relations Liaisons and Admitting / Referral Center Manager as well. Requirements: Masters Degree in relevant field (i.e., Public Health, Health Sciences, Marketing, and Business) required. Greater than 5 years of health care experience with majority of experience in an environment that includes marketing and regulatory responsibility and standards of accreditation preferred. More than 5 years supervisory experience required with excellent oral and written communication skills. The successful candidate must be self-directed with the ability to work with little supervision while demonstrating excellent negotiation skills and public/professional relations skills.

Admissions Coordinator/Referral Representative
Summary: Full Time (Two Positions Open)
Description: Will process patient/client intake and maintain positive relationships with customers and referral sources, responding to customer requests and concerns, managing the insurance verification and authorization processes by phone and in person. Qualified candidates will have an Associates degree or equivalent, which is required. A Bachelor’s degree in health care or related field preferred. Two years experience in health care administrative functions such as billing, admissions, scheduling and preferably in hospice or home care operations. Preferred candidates will have a working knowledge of Word and Excel with proficient oral and written communications skills. Negotiation and public relations skills are required as well. Successful candidates must maintain auto insurance and valid driver’s license in accordance with agency standards.
